CREATOR AGREEMENT

This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between:

Nordic Digital Ventures LLC ("The Company", "The Platform", "we")
and
you as a registered content creator ("Creator", "you").

At å register as a Creator on NakenLek.no confirms that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

  1. Qualifications

For å become Creator må you:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Only publish content where all contributors are at least 18 years old

  • Only publish content you own the rights to

  • Not be under investigation or convicted of a sexual offence

    • The company can at any time demand:

  • Valid ID verification

  • Age verification

  • Documentation on consent from all involved

    • Lack of documentation can lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

  2. Independent contractør

You are an independent content creator.

You are not:

  • Employee

  • Partner

  • Agent

  • Representative

    • for Nordic Digital Ventures LLC.

You yourself are fully responsible for:

  • Taxes and duties in your home country

  • Accounting and reporting

  • Any public permits

    •   3. Content and legal responsibility

You are fully legally responsible for all content you publish.

You warrant that:

  • All content is voluntarily produced

  • All participants have given informed and documentable consent

  • No minors are shown or implied

  • The content does not violate applicable legislation

    • Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Less rich

  • Coercive or non-consensual acts

  • Human trafficking

  • Illegal drugs

  • Animal cruelty

  • Copyright infringement

    • Breaches can lead to:

  • Immediate deletion of content

  • Freezing of earned balance

  • Permanent ban

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

    •   4. Rights and License

You retain ownership of your content.

When publishing, you give Nordic Digital Ventures LLC a:

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • Royalty-free

  • Transferable license

    • to å:

  • Cough

  • Save

  • Show

  • Distribute onå the platform

  • Using excerpts/previews in marketing the platform

    • The license applies to: as long as the content is available on the platform.

  5. Distribution of income and payment

The platform takes a percentage of the gross revenue generated via:

  • Subscription

  • Pay-Per-View

  • Tips

  • Paid messages

    • The current percentage is shown in the Creator Dashboard.

Payouts:

  • Occurs after the payment provider's security period

  • May be withheld if fraud or chargebacks are suspected

  • Requires correct and verified payment information

    • In the event of payment objections, amounts and fees can be deducted from future payments.

  6. Tax and reporting

You yourself are responsible for:

  • Å report income

  • Å pay value added tax if applicable

  • Å comply with tax regulations in your home country

    • Nordic Digital Ventures LLC does not provide tax advice.

  7. Account and termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account:

  • In case of breach of conditions

  • In case of legal risk

  • In case of payment abuse

  • At own discretion

    • In the event of serious violations, earned funds may be withheld permanently.

You can close the account yourself at any time, but outstanding obligations still apply.

  8. Limitation of liability

The company is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income

  • Consequential damages

  • Actions of third parties

  • Leaks or piracy by users

    • The company's maximum liability is limited to the outstanding balance of; your account.

  9. Confidentiality and confidentiality

You shall not:

  • Share internal systems

  • Surroundings the payment system

  • Selling subscriptions outside the platform for å avoiding commission

    • Violations can lead to immediate and permanent banning.

  10. Liability for compensation

You agree to å hold Nordic Digital Ventures LLC harmless for claims, fines, losses or legal costs as a result of:

  • Your Content

  • Violation of law

  • Violation of this Agreement

    •   11. Choice of law

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.

Disputes are dealt with by the Oslo District Court.

  12. Confirmation

At å register as a Creator, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You agree to all terms
