Operated by Nordic Digital Ventures LLC

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Nordic Digital Ventures LLC ("Company", "Platform", "we")
and
you as a registered content creator ("Creator", "you").

By registering as a Creator on NakenLek.no, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

 

1. Qualifications

To become a Creator, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Only publish content where all participants are at least 18 years old

  • Only publish content for which you own the rights

  • Not be under investigation or convicted of sexual offenses

The Company may at any time require:

  • Valid ID verification

  • Age verification

  • Documentation of consent from all participants

Failure to provide documentation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of account.

 

2. Independent Contractor

You are an independent content creator.

You are not:

  • An employee

  • A partner

  • An agent

  • A representative

of Nordic Digital Ventures LLC.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Taxes and duties in your home country

  • Bookkeeping and reporting

  • Any public permits

 

3. Content and Legal Liability

You are fully legally responsible for all content you publish.

You guarantee that:

  • All content is voluntarily produced

  • All participants have given informed and documented consent

  • No minors appear or are implied

  • The content does not violate applicable laws

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Minors

  • Coercion or non-consensual acts

  • Human trafficking

  • Illegal drugs

  • Animal abuse

  • Copyright infringement

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate deletion of content

  • Freezing of earned balance

  • Permanent ban

  • Reporting to relevant authorities

 

4. Rights and License

You retain ownership of your content.

By publishing, you grant Nordic Digital Ventures LLC a:

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • Royalty-free

  • Transferable license

to:

  • Host

  • Store

  • Display

  • Distribute on the platform

  • Use excerpts/previews in marketing of the platform

The license applies as long as the content is available on the platform.

 

5. Revenue Share and Payout

The Platform takes a percentage of the gross revenue generated via:

  • Subscriptions

  • Pay-Per-View

  • Tips

  • Paid messages

The current percentage is shown in the Creator Dashboard.

Payouts:

  • Occur after the payment provider's security period

  • May be withheld if fraud or chargebacks are suspected

  • Require correct and verified payment information

In case of payment disputes, amounts and fees may be deducted from future payouts.

 

6. Taxes and Reporting

You are personally responsible for:

  • Reporting income

  • Paying VAT if applicable

  • Complying with tax laws in your home country

Nordic Digital Ventures LLC provides no tax advice.

 

7. Account and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of terms

  • Due to legal risk

  • For payment abuse

  • At its sole discretion

For serious violations, earned funds may be permanently withheld.

You may terminate your account at any time, but outstanding obligations still apply.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss of income

  • Consequential damages

  • Third-party actions

  • Leaks or piracy committed by users

The Company's maximum liability is limited to the outstanding balance in your account.

 

9. Confidentiality and Circumvention

You shall not:

  • Share internal systems

  • Circumvent the payment system

  • Sell subscriptions outside the platform to avoid commission

Violations may lead to immediate and permanent ban.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nordic Digital Ventures LLC against claims, fines, losses, or legal costs arising from:

  • Your content

  • Violation of law

  • Breach of this Agreement

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Norwegian law.

Disputes shall be heard by Oslo District Court.

 

12. Confirmation

By registering as a Creator, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You agree to all terms
