TERMS OF SERVICE FOR NAKENLEK.NO

These terms govern your use of NakenLek.no (“the Platform”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms in full.

The Platform is operated by Nordic Digital Ventures LLC (“the Company”).

NakenLek.no is a subscription-based platform for adults where creators can publish content and receive payment from fans.

 

1. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal capacity
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You have not previously been banned

Violation may result in immediate permanent termination.

 

2. Account and Security

  • The account is personal and may not be shared
  • You are responsible for all activity on the account
  • You must protect your login information
  • We may require identity verification at any time
 

3. Platform Role

NakenLek.no acts as a technical intermediary between creators and fans.

We:

  • Do not produce user content
  • Are not a party to agreements between creators and fans
  • Do not set subscription prices (unless otherwise agreed)
 

4. Content and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content you publish.

You guarantee that:

  • You own the rights to the content
  • All depicted persons are over 18 years old
  • You have documented consent from all participants
  • The content is legal under applicable law

Prohibited content includes:

  • Minors in any sexual context
  • Forced or non-consensual material
  • Illegal activities
  • Hate, threats or harassment
  • Copyright violations
  • False identity

We may remove content or accounts without prior notice in case of violation.

 

5. Content with Multiple Participants

Creators must be able to document:

  • Valid identification for all participants
  • Written consent

Lack of documentation may result in permanent ban.

 

6. License

When you publish content, you grant the Platform the right to:

  • Store
  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Promote within the Platform

This right applies as long as the content is available on the Platform.

 

7. Payments

All payments are processed in US dollars (USD) via approved payment providers.

Subscriptions:

  • Renew automatically
  • Can be cancelled by the fan before the next period

One-time payments are binding.

In case of chargeback:

  • The amount may be deducted from the creator’s balance
  • Payouts may be temporarily frozen
  • The account may be investigated for fraud
 

8. Commission and Revenue Split

Existing creators who have already entered into an agreement with NakenLek.no before this update receive 95% of their gross earnings.

This rate is regulated by their existing agreement and is not changed by these terms.

New creators registering after publication of these terms will be subject to the commission rate presented at registration or in an individual agreement.

The Company reserves the right to set future rates for new accounts.

 

9. Taxes

Creators are responsible for:

  • Taxes
  • Fees
  • Reporting to tax authorities

The Platform does not act as an employer.

 

10. Refunds

We may:

  • Reject refund requests
  • Freeze funds in case of suspicious activity
  • Require documentation in disputes
 

11. Artificial Intelligence and Manipulated Content

AI-generated content must:

  • Not depict real persons without consent
  • Not depict minors
  • Not violate applicable law

Violation may result in permanent termination.

 

12. Marketing

Spam, resale of user data and unauthorized advertising are prohibited.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is a digital intermediary.

We are not responsible for:

  • User actions
  • Loss resulting from user interactions
  • Indirect financial losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the last 12 months.

 

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts in case of:

  • Violation of terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Lack of documentation

Outstanding funds may be withheld in serious cases.

 

15. Privacy

Processing of personal data is regulated by a separate privacy policy.

 

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Norwegian law.

Disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts with Oslo District Court as venue.

 

17. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and NakenLek.no.

Individual agreements with existing creators prevail over general terms in case of conflict.
